This page (together with our returns/refunds policy and any other documents referred to on this page) tells you the terms and conditions (Terms) on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website lcd4laptop.co.uk and all associated pages (our Site) to you. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Products from our Site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You should print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
By clicking the button marked ‘Pay Now’ you accept the Terms. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our Site.
1. Definitions
• “Buyer” means the individual or organisation who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller
• “Contract” means the contract between the seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions
• “Consumer” shall have the meaning ascribed in section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
• “Goods” means the articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller

2. Conditions
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyers statutory rights as a Consumer
• These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Buyer.
• Any variations to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.

3. Ordering
• All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
• Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from the stock the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.
4. Price and Payment
• The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Website. The price is INCLUSIVE of VAT. The price includes standard delivery charges as stipulated in the shipping section.
• The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the Buyers shopping cart prior to confirming the order
• After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods together with information on the right to cancel if the Buyer is a consumer.
• Payment of the price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the goods.
5. Rights of Seller
• The seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order.
• The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any Goods from the website at any time.
• The Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.
6. Delivery
• Goods supplied with the UK will normally be delivered within 4 working days of acceptance of order.
• Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 15 working days of acceptance of order
• Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
• The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of the failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
• Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyers address specified in the order on check out and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
• Title in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until Payment of the prices has been made in full.
• All order are processed and despatched on the same day, if order is received before 1400Hrs and payment has been paid in full.
7. Cancellation, Received Damaged and Return
• The Buyer may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.
• The Buyer shall inspect the goods following delivery & Notify the Seller if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract.
• Item Delivered Damaged Or Packaging Damaged: If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, we recommend that you record this on the carrier's delivery note.
• 1- Take few clear pictures as required by the courier (1- Back and Front side of the screen/Item, 2- Back and Front side of the box/packaging and showing shipping label clearly) to file claim with the courier and it must be within 7days of receipt of goods, otherwise courier won’t accept the claim and we won’t accept the damage claim either.
• Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (Including delivery costs) plus any return postal chares if the Goods are in face defective.
• If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by writing to our offices Zonalee LTD, Viglen House, Unit B16, Alperton Lane, London, HA0 1HD or by email to support@lcd4laptop.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.
• Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyers expense within 28 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges.
• Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
• Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyers fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequences loss or damage whatever.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Sellers agents or employees.
9. Waiver
• No waiver by the Seller (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England & Scotland and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Scottish courts
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• By purchasing any AC power adapter, the customer is taking on the obligation to deal with the WEEE in accordance with the WEEE regulations in relation to the treatment, recycling & recovery and environmentally sound disposal of the WEEE.
13. Do I receive a VAT invoice?
• We supply a full VAT invoice with every purchase. This will be emailed to you when the item has been dispatched along with the tracking number (If applicable).
Need to return an item?
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from ZONALEE LIMITED. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Get in touch with us via link Support & RMA on our Website for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return instructions. If you return the item, you must return it with RMA number and copy of invoice, and must state reason for return.
In addition to this policy you should also refer to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, no problem. An order can be cancelled at any point before the goods are delivered to you. In line with the distance selling regulations you have a cooling off period where an item can be returned within 30 days following the day after you receive your item. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. You must return the item to us or request us to collect the item, in either case, at your cost. Once you've informed us that you wish to return your item, you have 30 days to return it. Once the item is received at ZONALEE LIMITED, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Returns using your own method of delivery
If you elect for a refund of a Product returned by you because of a defect it will be refunded as per our refunds policy, including any standard delivery charges paid by you including the cost of sending the item to you, up to our cheapest delivery method. We will not refund premium delivery surcharges. We will also refund the cost incurred by returning the defective Product to us up to a maximum of £3.50. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs.
Items Damaged in Transit

Items Faulty on Arrival
If your purchases are faulty on arrival, we request that you inform us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to receive a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs up to a maximum of £3.50. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage costs.
Items Faulty after 30 days
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. If you prefer ZONALEE LIMITED will always accept your item back within the first 12 months to assess the fault. If the item is faulty, we'll fix it, replace it or give you all or some of your money back depending on how long the product might reasonably be expected to last. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products which are faulty, not as expected, of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose. We offer resolutions according to the timelines outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
Your statutory rights as a consumer
The statutory rights summarised in our terms and conditions are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty which is offered with your items; such warranties will vary from item to item.
Open-Box Items/Ex-Display
Any items purchased which are listed as grade A, grade B, ex-display products or used stock (meaning they may have slight cosmetic defects, be a factory refurbished item or may have previously been sent out and sent back as an unwanted item) have a maximum warranty of 90 days for grade A and ex-display and 30 days for grade B. Where items are grade A, grade B, ex-display or used stock it will be noted in the item description on the site.
Pixels Policy: What is the ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 as Class 1 Standards for LCD screen pixel faults?
We list screens in accordance with ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 as Class 1 Standards. According to these standards, 1-3 dead pixels are acceptable. Screen may or may not have dead pixels. Screens must have more than 3 pixels before being classed as faulty.
All LCD displays sold at ZONALEE LIMITED adhere to the ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 as Class 1 Standards with regard to pixel faults. ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 as Class 1 recommends how many defaults are acceptable in a display before it should be replaced, within the terms & conditions of warranty. The below is relevant to Class 1 LCD panels.
The standard of production techniques today cannot guarantee an absolutely fault free screen display. A few isolated constant lit or unlit pixels may be present.
The table below shows the allowable number of malfunctioning pixels that are acceptable, depending on the native resolution of the LCD and allowing for two malfunctioning pixels per million pixels.
