    To ensure that you are purchasing the correct replacement screen you’ll need to know a little information about your existing faulty panel. The most important / accurate information is the HP Model Number Starting with 13-ba and the screen size. This information can be found on bottom of your HP Laptop. 

    However, if you have any doubts, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you in every way possible. 

    Installation

    Installing a laptop screen varies from model to model. If you have never replaced laptop screen, you may like to watch our installation guide video. You can also find laptop LCD screen installation guide from YouTube or other online sources. If you are not familiar with the process, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified technician.

    Delivery

    All orders received with cleared funds before 2:00PM(Mon-Fri) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders received after 2:00PM(Mon-Fri) may be dispatched same day or next working day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched next working day. If your payment method is PayPal, we will only dispatch your order to your PayPal registered address. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as your PayPal address. Incorrect address may cause delay and will incur re-shipping cost.
